The fastest and most accurate way to get a quotation is to fill out our online enquiry & booking form on the website menu bar. By completing this form completely, we will be able to provide you with a detailed quote right away, all you have to do is to choose from a minimum of three acts that cover your detailed brief. Depending upon your chosen corporate event entertainment’s availability, we will either send you a full quote by email or if your act is unavailable, send you a from the list of acts that we recommended originally. We always advise that our acts get booked up very quickly so if there is an act you want then send us an email or even give us a call so that we can call the act you want to inform them they are booked, after the call with them we then confirm the booking with the act and you with our fantastic booking system software.
If the quote for your corporate entertainment is satisfactory, a contract between you and ourselves and we then contract the act with ourselves, once we have received a signed events detail form and if you are a new client to Mike Russ Entertainments then a signed Terms & Condition of Business (booker) needs to be signed and once we receive a signed copy of T&C’s and paid the deposit the booking is all set up, your event will have the very best entertainment.
