International Artist Tony Blaney has been performing for over 20 years and after completing Hope Street Ltd physical theatre course in his home town of Liverpool, on which he trained with some of the country's leading theatre companies and drama practitioners, has had a varied career.
In 2016/17 he toured theatres in the UK in the music and comedy revue 'Celebrating Cilla' singing many hits from the 1960s and continues to work alongside Brenda Collins as Cilla Black in hotels around the country.
He is currently performing his solo Swing show at functions and events, performing songs from the likes of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jnr, Nat King Cole, Michael Buble and many more

Before this he worked for many years travelling the world, singing on luxury cruise liners as part of a show team performing West End Style shows and as a solo vocalist and is looking forward to returning to the oceans in 2019/20.
Previously he spent many years as a drama practitioner/workshop facilitator, and toured with many Theatre in Education companies. Playing characters including a 10 year old Russian Prince in MYPT's Little Father, and troubled teens in various issue based dramas on subjects including drug addiction and teenage pregnancy. Tony put his Physical Theatre training into practice playing a menagerie of farm animals in Charlottes Web and in a multi media production of Olwyn Wymark's respected drama Find Me in which he played no less than 15 different characters.
He has played a wide range of comedy roles including: Willie Mossop in Hobsons Choice, Richard in The Outside Edge and Murray in The Odd Couple, for PEEL Ltd. Tony also took to performing in musical productions, playing Elwood Blues in Blues Brothers Live in 2010/11 and Frank Sinatra in Rat Pack Party 2011/12, both for Live Nation. Christmas shows include playing Prince Charming/Mad Hatter in Alice Through The Picture Book at the Unity Theatre, Liverpool, Ugly Sister in Cinderella at Southport Theatre with Atomic Kitten's Natasha Hamilton in 2012/13 and again Ugly Sister in the York Grand Opera House production of Cinderella with showbiz legend Anita Harris.
Tony has also turned his hand to directing theatre for both young audiences with the ouring productions Victoria Down Under and The Godly Greeks for Past Productions and the adults only horror play Tongues, for Grin Theatre in Liverpool. Tony's life has been the subject of BBC Radio Merseyside's 'Phillips Interview' a one hour special with Roger Phillips which can be heard on YOU TUBE.
