Described as ‘a vocal tour-de-force’, singer-songwriter Elouise is fast becoming known for her almighty singing voice across the music scene. The Lancashire born petite powerhouse first stepped onto the professional stage at the age of ten playing 'Little Cosette' in Les Miserables. Training as an actress she was quickly snapped up to play the lead role of 'Lola' in a UK tour of Barry Manilow's hit musical Copacabana.
After moving to London to form her own band Elouise was discovered by Steve Anderson (Kylie Minogue’s Musical Director) who saw a young Streisand in Elouise and shared her love for classic songs and her vision.
Working alongside Steve Anderson and developing her sound Elouise released two internationally acclaimed EP’s and received glowing reviews from the United States, UK, Australia and Europe.
Featuring original material on her first EP by the likes of John Barry and Burt Bacharach her single ‘Pretender’ featured as ‘Song of The Day’ on the highly acclaimed UK pop site Popjustice, “It’s rare for music this studied to sound so effortless” Peter Robinson. Covering unique versions of classic and epic torch ballads on her second EP such as 'You’ll Never Walk Alone' and 'The Winner Takes It All'. Elouise already has extensive radio play in the United States where her version of 'Tainted Love' became the most requested song on veteran DJ and Billboard contributor Larry Flick’s Out Q show on the prestigious US radio network Sirius XM. With a growing UK and American fan base, Elouise has been tipped to be one of ‘the world’s greatest songstresses very, very soon’ by the Sydney Observer.
Despite her tiny frame Elouise has always had an almighty singing voice, which ultimately led to her being nicknamed ‘a little belter’ from childhood. In 2011 with the help of Steve Anderson and a creative team Elouise decided to create and launch her own show (click name) Little Belter. The show saw the petite northerner perform unique versions of classic and epic torch ballads by the likes of Judy Garland and Shirley Bassey as she celebrated the legendary artists that inspired her to find her own voice and destiny. Playing to sell out audiences every month for two years in Soho’s legendary club Madame Jo Jo’s, Elouise developed the show further and took Little Belter on a successful UK tour.
Outside of her London show Elouise was also featured on Melanie LaPatin’s album Ballroom Remixed in the United States which included her new song 'The Lover’s Rumba' which was especially recorded for the hit FOX series So You Think You Can Dance.
Elouise has also performed live numerous times on BBC Radio London’s breakfast and Late Show moving BBC presenter Jo Good to tears with her unique rendition of Lady Gaga's 'Born This Way': “Absolutely Amazing!” Jo Good, BBC Radio London 94.9FM.
Elouise is constantly performing at major events across the UK, and has performed in Trafalgar Square for London Pride under the headline Jimmy Somerville. She also performed in her own town for both Manchester and Liverpool Prides. Elouise was also invited to perform at BT London Live in Hyde Park in conjunction with the Olympics, and has also supported Brian Conley in his sell out show.
Elouise is available to book for corporate events, weddings and private parties throughout the Northwest and the UK, and recently performed at Concorde at Manchester Airport for a huge Greatest Showman event.
